This custom board view replaces monday.com's default table with a live allocation grid covering 212 studios across three sites. Occupancy, secured annual revenue, current vacancies and records needing reconciliation are calculated in real time and pinned above the grid, while colour-coded tiles surface lease status, expiry countdowns and data warnings at a glance. A built-in privacy toggle masks every financial figure for screen sharing, and search filters instantly across unit, tenant and company.
